Stanford Mendenhall has over a decade of experience working as an educator, tutor, and in educational technology, which is core to his practice as a Powered by Scholar Co. college admissions professional. He earned a B.S. degree in integrated digital media and an MA in design history from NYU. After he completed his Master’s, he entered the field of education by supporting high school seniors, reviewing their college essays and providing high-level writing and editing support, as well as more general English tutoring. Stanford also has deep knowledge of collegiate-level coursework, having created course material for New York University; he also has professional experience providing ACT prep.
