Lauren is a proud Cum Laude alumna of Scripps College, one of only 29 single-sex universities in the United States. During her undergraduate years she studied abroad at the University of Oxford, and went on to complete her master's in International Development at Sciences Po in Paris.

Her passion for this work started in college, when she began volunteering as a college counselor with a nonprofit in Beirut, helping refugee students access higher education in Europe and the US. That experience revealed both her aptitude for working with students and her belief that the right guidance can genuinely change the trajectory of a young person's life. She has spent the last three years as an alumni interviewer for Scripps College, which gives her a firsthand understanding of what admissions officers are actually looking for when they read an application.

Lauren knows this process personally. She worked with a private admissions counselor in high school who helped her identify schools she never would have found on her own, and that experience is at the heart of how she works with students today. She makes sure every student she works with approaches their college application journey fully informed, genuinely excited, and confident in where they're headed.
